Drilling destroys your door lock cylinder (adds $200–400 to fix it). We use slim jims, air wedges, and long-reach tools that leave no marks.
We don't charge for 'fuel surcharges' or 'holiday rates'
We charge the price quoted on the phone. After-hours jobs carry a disclosed premium — but we tell you that before dispatch, not after.

Common panic situation. We dispatch immediately — standard $85 on most vehicles, 15–30 min arrival. Car running doesn't change the unlock method.
Smart-key fob dead battery
Most push-to-start cars have a backup: hold the fob to the start button or a specific zone on the dash. We walk you through this on the phone for free. If that doesn't work, $45 for the battery replacement on-site.
Child or pet locked inside
Call 911 immediately if temperature is a concern — they respond faster than we do and have equipment to open vehicles without damage. Then call us if access is still needed.
All keys locked in the trunk
If your car has a fold-down rear seat, sometimes accessible from inside. If not, $85–$95 depending on trunk access method. We open the door first, then get you into the trunk.

Can you unlock any car?
Any make and model currently on the road, yes. Older cars without power locks take longer than modern cars, but we have the tools for both. European luxury (Porsche, Ferrari, specialty vehicles) take slightly longer — still doable, same price.
Do I need to show ID or registration?
Yes. We verify you're the owner or authorized user before opening the vehicle — a license + registration match is standard. This protects you as much as us. If you don't have ID, call ahead and we'll discuss what verification we can accept.
