We are NASTF-listed (National Automotive Service Task Force), which is the industry credential for legitimate transponder programming. Without NASTF access, locksmiths can't program modern keys for Honda, Toyota, Ford, GM, Hyundai, Kia, and most other major manufacturers. (For BMW, Audi, Mercedes-Benz, Volkswagen, and Porsche, manufacturer-level credentials beyond NASTF are now required — those brands are dealer-only and we don't service them.)

New blank key won't start the car
Someone cut you a key at a hardware store but didn't program the chip. Common scenario. We can program the existing key (if it has a chip) to your car for the programming-only fee, usually $100-150.
Toyota dealer wanted $525 plus tow
Toyota dealers can't program a new smart key without the original — they require a tow ($150-200) and a multi-day service appointment. We do the same work on-site for $260-340 depending on year and model. (Note: for European luxury — BMW, Audi, Mercedes, VW, Porsche — we don't service those brands. The dealer is the right choice there.)
Used car bought without all keys
Common after used car purchase. We can erase all existing programmed keys and pair new ones (your fresh set, not the previous owner's). Recommended for any used car.
