Yes. We can program up to 4 fobs to most 3rd and 4th gen Pilots in one appointment. Bring all existing working fobs — we reprogram the full set together so no key is dropped from the system. Cost is $220 per additional fob programmed.

Does the 2022 Pilot use the same key as the 2021?

No — this is the most common Pilot ordering mistake. The 2022 uses KR5V44, while 2019–2021 uses KR5V41. The fobs look nearly identical but are not interchangeable. We verify your VIN before ordering any part to prevent this.

My 2019 Pilot fob won't program — I bought the fob online and the seller said it was for a Pilot.

Check the FCC ID on the back of the fob. If it says KR5V2X, it's the 2016–2018 generation fob and won't work on your 2019. The 2019–2021 Pilot uses KR5V41. We carry the correct blanks in our trucks so you're not waiting on a second shipment.
