Will you ruin my safe to open it?
Our goal is "Zero Damage." For many safes, we can manipulate the lock or use a specialized scope. If we MUST drill, we use a single tiny hole (often under the dial) which we professionally repair afterwards so the safe remains usable and secure.
My digital keypad beeps but won't open. Why?
This is often a "Low Voltage" issue. Even if the lights turn on, the battery might not have enough power to retract the heavy bolts. Try a brand new high-quality Duracell battery. If that fails, the solenoid may be jammed. Call us!
Can you bolt my safe to the floor?
Yes. A safe that isn't bolted down is just a "carry-out box" for thieves. We can professionally anchor your safe to concrete or wood subfloors for maximum security.
Do you open Sentry fire safes?
Yes. Small fire safes often have handle mechanisms that break. We can usually open these quickly and affordably so you can retrieve your documents.
