Eviction Service FAQ
What happens if the tenant is still inside?
Do not enter. We wait for the Sheriff to arrive. The officer will remove the tenant. Once the officer gives the "all clear," we step in to change the locks. Your safety is the priority.
Do I need to replace the locks or just rekey them?
In 95% of cases, we simply rekey the existing locks (change the internal pins). This is much cheaper than buying new hardware. We only replace locks if they are broken or rusted.
How much notice do you need?
We recommend calling us as soon as you get the date from the Sheriff (usually 3-5 days in advance). However, we understand things happen fast and offer emergency same-day service if our schedule permits.
